This revolutionary device can monitor temperature up to 140oC. SterilDisk is presented in a circular housing, 40 mm in diameter and just 18 mm high so it can be used in even tightest spaces. The main body is in AISI316 grade stainless steel, whilst the isolating parts are resin. Both of these materials are food grade materials. It can be used in medical, industrial or in sterelization processes where it can meassure the product itself, not only the environment.
